The World: Singapore - Neo promoted to Publicis CEO as Stepan retires

The Publicis Singapore managing director, Thomas Neo, has been promoted to chief executive following the announcement that Mike Stepan, the current chief executive, is to retire.

Neo has been the managing director since 2004 and has been with the agency since it launched in Singapore.

In a statement, Neo said: "This is business as usual. We know Singaporeans and the attributes of Singapore's brands better than anyone else. This is one of our key strengths, and we aim to develop this as we further export our Singapore brands."
