The agency only joined the pitch for the £10 million business in the final round following an invitation by the soft-drinks manufacturer.
The account will be run out of the agency's Singapore office , which will produce work for markets in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indochina and India.
O&M's regional business director, Michael Borelli, will run the account while the executive creative director, Sonal Dabral, will handle the creative duties.
The first round of pitches included M&C Saatchi, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, McCann Erickson and Lowe.
