The World: Sydney - Kellogg reappoints MindShare to $40m account

MindShare has been reappointed by the Kellogg Company Australia to handle its AUS$40 million media planning and buying business.

The agency retained the business, which it has held on and off for more than 30 years, following a three-way pitch that also included Carat and Starcom.

Chris Walton, the MindShare Australasia chief executive, stressed that work on the account would go on as usual. He said in a statement: "The agency has handled the business in a virtually unbroken three-decade run, with only two very brief breaks coming in 1979 and 1998. It is a fantastic reappointment for us and demonstrates the faith Kellogg has in the agency."
