World: York, Philadelphia - Texas Instruments calls review

Texas Instruments is reviewing its $79 million global advertising account.

The Texas-based technology company issued requests for proposals in October and is considering responses.

The incumbent, Interpublic Group's TM Advertising, is involved in the pitch, which is being handled by Jones Lundin Beals in Chicago.

Texas is looking for a full-service agency with global capabilities and, although the search is unlimited by geography, the winning agency will need to have some presence in Dallas, according to a Texas spokeswoman.
