An ad where disabled firefighters try to tackle a blaze with slapstick results?
It sounds beyond the pale but that is how Integration, a Polish non-profit organisation, is advertising its website connecting employers with disabled jobseekers. And it’s hard to argue with the execution. After ineptly dousing the blaze, one firefighter says: "I’m not asking to be a firefighter… I’m a designer." Others follow suit before telling employers to find people like them on Integration’s site. The film, which was uploaded to YouTube in March with no media budget, has topped 250,000 views and even prompted Polish politicians to acknowledge the problems disabled jobseekers face.
