- WPP relationship marketing agency RMG has been shaken by the sudden departure of five senior directors who have left to start their own company.

The five leave RMG only a year after it was set up to handle conflicting business from OgilvyOne. The five are joint creative directors, Marcus Fernandez and Brian Millar, head of strategy, Linda Rost, senior strategist, Katerina Damilos, and account director, Alexandra Goldsmith.

They will be joined at their new and as yet unnamed start-up by former Orange finance director, John Lowe. The former mobile phone executive will be managing director of the new company.

The departures only affect the London office. RMG has established ten offices around the world and was launched on the back of a piece of Mercedes business.
