WPP's creative solution

It seems that WPP, the reigning Holding Company of the Year at Cannes, has developed a new weapon in its bid for global awards domination.

Two of the team at its agency Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, Steve Moss and Jo Finch, have developed the T-Minus website. Created in conjunction with the digital shop B-Reel, the site allows users to build their own awards calendar to remind them of entry deadlines etc. As Damon Collins, the agency's executive creative director, puts it: "No matter how brilliant your work is, if it's not eligible for, or entered into, the competitions, no-one's walking for anything." So no excuse for not winning those top gongs at this year's Campaign Big Awards, then, Damon.
