The withdrawal leaves Ammirati Puris Lintas, BBDO Worldwide, Grey Advertising, Lowe & Partners/SMS and the Martin Agency to fight for a place on Kellogg's $400 million roster.

Currently its three strong roster comprises Leo Burnett, J. Walter Thompson and Burrell Communications. A decision is expected later this week.
