Disco legends the Village People are on the hunt for a new home and, while they're at it, discover the brand they're advertising is called Yopa, not Y-O-P-A.
Three TV ads have been created for the campaign, which follows the group as they decide to move, put their house on the market and finally sell their home.
At the end of each ad, the gang attempt to launch into their most famous hit, YMCA, before being interrupted by the pithy narrator.
The ad and associated activity will run across TV, online, radio and print.
