She will lead the newly joined marketing and insight teams which look at how brands can inform customers’ decisions, and help with marketing at DCM.
Jones joined DCM from Clear Channel in October 2012 and has helped shape its brand messaging and marketing. She has held various marketing communications roles including PR manager and head of communications at Clear Channel Outdoor UK before moving to its international business.
Earlier in her career Jones worked at the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) as editorial communications manager.
Karen Stacey, the chief executive at DCM, said: "Zoe is an extremely talented marketer who has repositioned DCM and cinema over the last three years.
"She is an exceptional leader who I know will successfully showcase insight and marketing to drive further awareness and understanding of the strengths of cinema advertising."
Jones begins in the role immediately. She said: "I am really excited about combining the marketing and insight teams and working closely with Karen and the leadership team at DCM to drive the business forward."
