Zoopla has released a TV spot telling viewers that its website will help house-hunters make smarter decisions. Albion created the ad, which is its first for the brand since winning the business in April. The spot is shot in the first-person perspective and tours a town. At every location, signs pop up with information – such as council tax prices and school reports – demonstrating what Zoopla users can discover when searching for a property. The work was created by Aaron Hinchion and Ed Cowburn, and directed by Charlie Crane through Knucklehead.
