The Zoological Society of London returns to business with the help of Jonathan Ross, Catherine Tate, Alan Carr and Bill Bailey.
Taking place via a web chat, the ad shows ZSL’s animal-based marketing team (chaired by emperor tamarin monkey Bill Bailey) as they welcome back their "#HumanFriends". Since "time is monkey", the animals decide to enlist lion Bhanu as the face of their appeal, which urges members of the public to donate to London and Whipsnade zoos via a Just Giving fundraising website,
The ad was created by Jules Mortimore, Lauren Harrington, Simon Sworn and Giles Hepworth, and directed by Nicky Lianos through Curious Productions.
Earlier this month, Sir David Attenborough narrated an ad encouraging people to raise funds for ZSL, following the closure of London and Whipsnade zoos during Covid-19.
