With over 25 years of agency experience, Jim has seen the inside workings of some of the most admired brands in the world, from Harley Davidson, to Volvo, to Apple and Target. In 2004, Jim joined Michael Hart and Chris Lange to form mono. As managing partner, Jim has set the vision for the agency and managed a successful track record of consistent growth, establishing mono as a nationally recognized agency known for punching above its weight. Along with growing and managing the agency, Jim is deeply involved with mono’s clients, helping them navigate the challenges and complexities that come along with changing paradigms and the reinvention of tired advertising models. mono has been named "Agency of the Year" three times by the 4A’s and has received Agency of the Year and Campaign of the Year honors from Ad Age.
