Uche Ofili,

Head of Agencies, Tesco Media & Insight Platform

Uche Ofili is the Head of Media Agencies at dunnhumby and manages agency partnerships for Tesco Media & Insight Platform. With over 18 years of experience agency side, at some of the UK’s leading agencies including McCann, MediaCom and MEC, Uche is now helping agencies discover the power of Tesco’s retail media and how it can be used to deliver connected, full-funnel, customer first campaigns from sofa to store. In his spare time, Uche enjoys continuing his love for basketball and is a member of Team GBs Masters Basketball team.

Stephen Shepherd,

Media Consulting Director, Tesco Media & Insight Platform

Stephen has worked in retail media for the last 14 years with dunnhumby. He started in media planning with Tesco and has moved across product, proposition development and consulting. Stephen has worked with a number of other grocery retailers on Retail Media including Metro, SOK and Coop Norway. His current role is focused on developing customer-first media products for Tesco Media & Insight Platform.

Philip Eacott,

Manager, Waitrose

Phil currently heads up Waitrose's in-house media team, where he's responsible for all aspects of proposition design through to sales and campaign management. His background is in sponsorships rights-holder-side, having initiated and managed partnerships at BAFTA, the Roundhouse, and then more recently at Omnicom Media Group where he acted as a consultant on brand partnerships for the Walt Disney Company across EMEA, The FA, Bacardi, easyJet. In 2018, Phil was recognised as one of Campaign / Media Week's '30 under 30'

Anna Khan,

Manager, John Lewis

Anna has spent the past few years supporting the growth of the John Lewis retail media service and now leads the sales team, a newly formed function which seeks to partner with brands to maximise customer engagement via campaign moments. Her 11-year career at John Lewis began in online sales, including senior ecomm manager positions responsible for category expertise, customer journey and trading performance across multiple product categories.

Tom Langley,

Head of Personalisation and Retail Media, John Lewis Partnership

Tom is the head of personalisation and retail media at the John Lewis Partnership, in a role across the Partnership brands, with a focus on evolving & growing the retail media services, for the benefit of customers, advertisers and the Partnership. Prior to joining the Partnership, Tom spent 15 years at dunnhumby, working with Tesco and other retailers around the world to design and build their retail media businesses.

Alex Lund,

Director of Trade Marketing, Asahi UK

Alex has a 20+ year career within FMCG and believes that great strategy and shopper insights can lead to connecting customers, shoppers and consumers. Alex has experience within retail channels as well as the on trade where her team use customer experience to unlock trial of the portfolio of brands within Asahi UK. In her spare time Alex likes running, dog walking and cooking.

Dr. Daniel Knapp,

Retail Media Consultant, IAB UK

Dr. Daniel Knapp is Chief Economist at IAB Europe and a Retail Media Consultant for IAB UK. He is an advertising and media analyst with more than 15 years of international experience. He has served in leadership roles spanning market analysis, strategic advisory, and business intelligence. Daniel spent 11 years at IHS Markit, latterly as Executive Director for Technology, Media and Telecoms. He was also an associated expert on media and AI at the European Commission. Daniel received his PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE) on the sociology of algorithms and the datafication of media. In addition to his role at IAB Europe and work for IAB UK, he is the co-founder of Redefine Digital, a data science consultancy, and Senior Fellow at Europe’s Media Lab, a think-do tank for media innovation in Brussels.

Jill Orr,

EMEA Managing Director, Retail Media, Criteo

Jill Orr leads Criteo’s growing retail media business in the EMEA region and is responsible for driving adoption among leading retailers, agencies and brands while continuing to build out retail-focused services and solutions. An experienced leader with over 25 years’ experience in retail and technology, Jill has held several executive positions including Chief Operating Officer at Eyeota and EVP International at Triad Retail Media, among others.

Minco de Boer,

Global Director Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce, Deliveroo

Minco has recently led the launch of Deliveroo's global media business. Before joining Deliveroo Minco held leadership positions in sales, business development, customer success, and strategic partnerships at Google, World Directories, and Reed Elsevier.
