Trevor Johnson
Head of Marketing, Global Business Solutions for Europe, TikTok
Trevor is the Head of Marketing, Global Business Solutions for Europe, leading a function that consists of Creative Lab, B2B Marketing and Comms, Brand Strategy and Creator Monetisation. The team will have people sitting in London, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, Milan and Madrid.
Trevor joined TikTok from Facebook and Instagram, which he joined in 2008 as one of Facebook’s first employees outside of the US. He most recently held the role of Director of Instagram, EMEA, and prior to this held a number of senior global strategic and partnership roles during his Facebook career (which included establishing 14 Facebook offices across the globe, then moving to Facebook’s Global Agency Partnerships function, based in NYC, to manage the strategic global relationships between Facebook and some of its large media and creative agency partners).
Trevor plays an active role in championing diversity and inclusion within the advertising industry, holding advisory roles in a number of organisations in the D&I sector. He is also the Chairman of the board of Trustees of the Ideas Foundation, a UK based charity.

Claire Enders
Founder, Enders Analysis
Claire Enders is the founder of Enders Analysis, which is the leading British independent research company of the creative industries, the broadcast economy and digital exploitation models. Through her company, Claire has actively supported and helped to transform over 100 charities engaged with social and conservation issues. In 2016 Claire was made a Fellow of the Royal Television Society for her significant contribution to television. Claire is a graduate of Yale and of the London Business School.

Dan Rubel
Customer communications and brand director, Dixons Carphone
Dan is the Brand & Marketing Director at Dixons Carphone – responsible for brand, advertising, social, CRM, PR, store innovation, analytics & insight, BI and customer experience improvement. He’s also responsible for the company strategic approach on end to end personalisation – working across touchpoints to ensure the right customers get the right message just in the right moment. Dan has been at Dixons Carphone since September 2018 and previously had held a variety of marketing, strategy, customer experience and general management roles – mainly at the Very Group and Procter & Gamble. Outside of work, he’s a new Dad, a keen tennis player, a reluctant gym goer and an emotional Manchester United fan.

Emma Sherwood-Smith
Marketing director, Carlsberg UK
Emma Sherwood-Smith, now Marketing Director for Carlsberg in the UK has worked on some of the UK’s best loved drinks brands over the last 15 years. A graduate from the Marketing Academy Scholarship programme, Emma has a special passion for revitalising the fortunes of big brands, through bold Point of view-driven marketing, with Smirnoff Vodka, Strongbow (including the popularisation of Strongbow Dark Fruit) and now Carlsberg amongst some of her favourite experiences.
