We are on the lookout for a Lead Client Partner to join our clients lovely agency based in Hertfordshire The agency specialise in the design and production of motion graphics for TV and Online and are looking for someone to join their growing team.

This role is a senior role within the company and not just a Senior Producer/Account Manager hybrid, but a pivotal role in truly understanding the clients wants as needs, and helping to achieve longer and stronger client relationships by being that link between the two.

The successful candidate will be the ‘Client's Voice' in the studio. They'll be continuously reviewing work from the client's perspective; ensuring that we best understand the clients needs and wants.


- Regular client liaising, attending potential client visits with the H/O CPS

- Weekly production meetings with Head of CPS to discuss deadlines

- To manage all jobs through the studio and keep CP/ Directors/ clients up to date with progress

- Manage Clearcast relationships including uploading scripts and working with client to ensure clear substantiations are provided on time

- Supply monthly/quarterly updated financial report to the Head of CPS

- Work closely with Lead Creative on new creative ideas / scripts

- Project manage the process from start to finish through agreed process. Liaise directly with the client, ensuring they get what they ask for

- Plan 6 months delivery schedule

- manage budgets/finance trackers

- Manage production sheets, Ad and brand archives 

- Liaise with H/O Studio and review roadmap on a weekly basis

- QC all links through Proof HQ before sending out to clients

- Ensure client's legal team and all relevant stakeholders have approved scripts

Key Attributes:

- Over 8 years professional experience in working on multiple key accounts

 - Experience in working on TTL campaigns 

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to run conference calls, client meetings and production sessions 

- In depth technical knowledge of TV, online and print processes

- Experience in DRTV (Direct Response TV) is preferable 

- Challenge all decisions across production, with robust confidence in their ability understand the detail of the issue

- Working closely with the CD and ECD ensuring the creative is the very best it can be

- Ability to lead a team of Producers 

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- A strong team leader

- A passion for broadcast advertising - ideally in DRTV

- Enthusiastic and ambitious

- Confident in front of clients and creative partners

- Fun with a zest for life
