Would you like to be a lynchpin of a marketing department in a leading wealth management company and be responsible for processes, workflow and technology making sure it operates compliantly and efficiently.

My client is one of the most established leading providers of investment/ wealth management in the UK - highly prestigious; they're looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant/Administrator to join the team. Based in beautiful offices in Mayfair.

The Role

It will be your responsibility to provide an efficient, effective administrative and operational support to the group marketing department.

You will support the processes and technology that will enable the marketing department to function. You will take a lead role in advising and administrating and developing the bespoke online system they use to manage financial promotions; opening jobs on system, coordinating and monitoring workflow, ensuring ads have appropriate sign off, ensuring all activity recorded, then job closed and archived. Essentially you're making sure the 'i's are dotted and 't's crossed for any FS marketing auditing purposes.

You will also support the Marketing Operations Manager in budget and invoice management and the marketing material stock control.

About You

I'm looking for a highly organised, efficient process driven Operations Assistant. You will have gained some experience working within a Marketing or Operations team within a financial services environment where you would understand work flow process - opening, archiving and recording projects/jobs, understand the importance of accurate recording/sign off in a FS environment. You'll need to be confident to liaise with a number of different stakeholders to chase up or follow through on marketing assets. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail and accuracy and your multitasking skills as well as 'can do' attitude.
