Sky Media is seeking an experienced analyst to join the Digital Operations Team. As a member of the Digital Operations Team, this position will play a critical role in managing supply and demand balance of video inventory, maximizing revenue and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through various types of analysis, strategy and business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop thorough understanding of Sky's digital suite of Ad Products, Ad Revenue streams and relevant advertising revenue metrics
* Monitor trends across video ad product bookings and keep check on fill rates of various inventory buckets to come up with proactive recommendations to increase yield and optimization.
* Work with publisher management and content management teams to give inventory management and acquisition directions based on demand- directing them on volume and pricing both
* Analyse revenue and inventory implications of any proposed modifications within product, inventory, pricing and/or operations
* Work on complex data from different sources, generate hypothesizes, relate back to current business issues, concisely synthesize, and make recommendations to various levels of management
* Manage the deliveries of regular and ad hoc data by using multiple sources (Freewheel, DFP, DSM, Omniture, Media Planning Systems, Internal Databases, comScore, etc.) to assist senior management/business owners in understanding the booking and inventory landscape- direct analytics team in building automate dashboards for quick decision making process

Your Skills:

* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with digital advertising industry working with digital ad operations or inventory management team
* Knowledge of video ad products, ad servers
* Knowledge of linear video process and compliance
* High proficiency in Excel; knowledge of and ability to use SQL to pull data are critical requirements for success on the job
* Attention to detail: A deep commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all analysis and reporting tasks
* Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
* Previous experience in business consulting, with particular emphasis on quantitative modelling, is a strong plus
