 Our Client a well established Company within the Business services sector is looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you’ll have full responsibility for deploying a range of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven email campaigns, from selecting images and writing copy, to segmentation and deployment. Your campaigns will be designed to create awareness of the brand and our product across our different target audiences to drive engagement, conversion and retention.

You will develop the full email strategy and create and implement effective test strategies, measuring and reporting on email performance as well as analysing and making future recommendations.

 What we’re looking for

 To be considered for this role you will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a Digital team, either as an email executive or in a role that has included significant, creative email marketing.

You’ll have a proven track record in delivering all varieties of successful email campaigns and have some excellent segmentation and email testing experience.

This is an autonomous role and you’ll be the Company's email expert, so you need to be comfortable with the idea of working on your own, but with the back-up of a supportive team and manager.

You need:
  • A creative flair with an eye for good design/layout
  • Good copy writing and proof reading ability
  • Experience managing end-to-end email campaigns, including tripwire emails
  • Knowledge and experience working with an Email Service Provider
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to create reports and present findings to individuals and the wider team
  • A positive forward-thinking attitude
  • To be comfortable sharing your opinions and making quick decisions
Qualifications and skills
  • GCSE Grade B or above in English, Grade C or above in Maths (or equivalent)
  • Ideally an A level in either English Literature or English Language
  • Data list management experience (deduping, importing, unsubscribes)
  • Familiarity with CRM techniques including segmentation, customer retention, acquisition and engagement
