The global team is just over 130 strong, and London has 45 in its fabulous Shoreditch studios. Their expansion continues and this multi-disciplined creative agency has a strong vision and business plan ahead of itself. They don't take anything just by chance, and have built some very strong and trusted client relationships along the way - from retail to travel, leisure, consumer brands, as well as banking and more commercial brands. From brand identity, to retail environments, in-store, experiential, to digital marketing, consumer-facing brands where the customer experience is key. This opportunity for a New Business Director is an exciting one - this is not a new role, as its predecessor still works within the agency but has moved to another office overseas. So London is calling and needs a New Business Director to be their 'hunter', who will actively seek new business, be the strategic new business thinker and will be supported by a small marketing team too.

Key responsibilities:

+ creating and delivering on a global new business strategy, working with other heads of new business in other studios

+ heading up the London new business efforts, directing this appropriately

+ managing new business and marketing budget

+ increasing the agency's PR profile with help of marketing team

+ developing business opportunities and ensuring sales targets are achieved

+ ability to inspire your team, lead and deliver

+ excellent communication skills, ability to travel from time to time

+ excellent English language skills but any additional languages can only be a bonus
