Based in Central London (Victoria Line)

An outstanding charity is searching for a Senior Youth Marketing Executive to join the UK Campaigns & Brands department. You will be responsible for implementing a strategy to reach into the UK Youth Audience and increase young people's engagement with campaigns. You will report to and work very closely with the Head of Youth Engagement and Fundraising.

Experience / Skills Sought:

*A background in an agency environment working with Youth brands

*Someone who can really drive and implement strategy

*Someone used to work very cross functionally and collaborating with other departments

*A strategic individual

*Someone with a good understanding of the digital landscape and knowledgeable of emerging channels

*Experience of applying user-centred design techniques to develop propositions and tools that add value for a target audience

What you'll be doing:

*The key aspect to this role is to devise and implement a strategy to expand reach into the UK youth audience and increase engagement of young people with specific campaigns and the overall brand.

*To develop compelling and effective propositions for the young people that increase reach into this audience, raise their awareness of the causes they support, and enhance brand perception. Ensure propositions support with the wider objectives, for example in securing partnerships with external organisations.

*To work collaboratively with colleagues across a broad management team to translate propositions into compelling products, and to market and distribute these propositions effectively.

*To use insight and expertise about trends in youth engagement and youth trends to inform broader campaign propositions and strategy, as well as supporting the effective targeting of activities across the organisation.

*To ensure that the propositions to increase youth reach and engagement are translated into meaningful and effective 'tools' (online and offline).
