We are looking to recruit an interim Bid Manager to provide strategic bid management support and advice across the sector teams and service lines of this high profile International Professional Services firm. You will formulate effective relationships with partners and senior managers so that challenge and strategic direction can be given in the Bid Process ensuring their approach is benefit-driven and client focused.

Your remit will include:
Develop the value proposition that underpins the entire pursuit strategy.
Manage the development of proposal and meeting collateral during the full cycle of the pursuit, and provides hands-on execution of these deliverables.
Attend and actively contribute to all kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and oral/site visit preparation meetings throughout the pursuit.
Collateral development and project management:
Develop and direct the strategic and tactical development of pursuit collateral incorporating the compelling 'Why us' message
Review final materials to ensure that message quality, format, and content meet the target's objectives
Develop talking points for the client service team and to assist with site visit preparation, oral presentation rehearsals, and other target-facing activities.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and ensures that best practices are shared within the wider business

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in a related field such as English, Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism although this isn't essential.
Broad-based experience within Pursuits/Bid Management is preferred. Excellent writing and communications skills and demonstrated project management experience are absolutely essential.
