As the business evolves they are looking to further develop their relationships within the education sector and provide cost effective recruitment solutions. A number of specialist roles have been created to help build a leading edge sales team and to drive the penetration of their existing and future product range.
Responsible for generating revenue from the vibrant education resources market through selling the portfolio.
You will also act as the interface between the customer advising where to consider the parts of our portfolio that help resolve their recruitment challenges.
You will be skilled in understanding the challenges our customers face when trying to recruit the best calibre of people into their roles, and advise them on the right solutions.
Consultatively selling via the telephone, the purpose of the position is to develop new revenue from the sale of advertising licences to schools and colleges.
An enthusiasm for selling, people skills and be driven to achieve and exceed financial targets.
