Field Sales Key Account Manager


Our client is a well-known successful online job-board!   Due to continued growth they are on the hunt for a Field Sales Key Account Manager to work with blue-chip businesses and continually develop successful online recruitment strategies across a company’s complete structure. The on-going sales cycle incorporates a technical and new media product range, providing a solutions driven approach to e-resourcing strategies.


To be a successful Field Sales Key Account Manager you must be an extremely driven sales consultant, with previous experience of new business development or account management.  You must also able to provide a strong record of exceeding sales targets consistently on a quarterly basis. 


 As a Field Sales Key Account Manager you will have the ability to understand and find the businesses need, network within an organisation across all levels, work together with clients to continually review their current packages in line with their strategies and put together revised solutions based on your results.


Your role will be to develop new business from the existing and perspective set of accounts, looking to maximise revenue through selling multi-product solutions, confirming renewal of contracts and understanding your clients’ core business and recruitment approach. 


You will take a consultative approach to selling the products and be able to develop a flexible product to suit your client’s needs. 


You will be experienced in presenting multi product solutions to senior level external clients.


Ideal candidates will have a proven track record and strong experience, from Recruitment, Technical Solutions, Software, Data Sales or HR consultancy backgrounds.
