We need a Content Solutions Manager for this major media organization who will drive all Content Solutions revenue across the Independent Agency and London Business Development Team dealing with both reactive and proactive briefs. Working collaboratively with Media Managers across the team, they will be tasked with pulling together engaging multi-platform presentations, which represent their 4 pillars – Broadcast, Mobile, Social and Live. Good sales skills, combined with creativity are essential, as this is very much a client/agency facing role

What you’ll be doing…

  • You will have a set number of Agencies and Clients Direct to build relationships with, getting them excited about all their Content Solutions offerings
  • Answering briefs, coming up with ideas in brainstorm sessions, understanding what role radio can play in delivering on the client’s objectives, and ultimately delivering revenue target.
  • Working on both reactive and proactive briefs, you will need to manage your time so that you remain client facing
  • It’s a collaborative role working with Media Managers, Commercial Programming, Strategists, Digital, to come up with the best ideas utilizing all the company assets
  • Prepare and present a Business Plan, identifying with the Media Managers and via Salesforce the key clients and strategies you will be working on in the coming months to ensure they grow revenue
  • To play a key part when attending internal brainstorms, helping to come up with new ideas to take to market

  • To be client facing and ensuring your meeting, presentation and revenue and target KPI’s are met
  • To strive and deliver at least 2 new proactive ideas for the team to sell each month
  • To engage their clients through great ideas, exciting presentations and excellent account management
  • To have great attention to detail, delivering best practice on systems and administration
  • Constantly look for new ideas to put in front of their clients, proactivity is the main driver of this business
  • Ensure that you have fantastic internal relationships with all areas of the business that relate to driving Solutions revenue and that you are always up to speed with our internal processes
  • To support and develop the Account Managers on the team, providing training and mentoring where appropriate
  • To have a thorough knowledge of all Solutions opportunities within the company becoming the focal point for the team regularly updating them as well as our clients
