The Agency

An award winning global network agency this client is a big name in the industry for both their global and domestic campaigns. Their London branch is their European HQ, historically collecting awards and pushing out the creative boundaries.

The leadership structure in place has a proven track record of consistently demanding great work as well as nurturing it's talented roster of staff.

A predominantly ATL agency, their new mantra going forward is about pursuing creative excellence from a multi-channel standpoint and therefore are creating a diverse and multi-talented set of account handlers who are experts in their respective channels.

The role:

The Creative aspirations are exceptionally high, so you should be able to portray strong creative judgement & responsibility. Working with a group of talented creatives means you must be unafraid and willing to make crucial decisions. Being confident and passionate about the creative work is a must.

Strategically you need to be able to, again, show good judgement and insight into the brand you will be representing, knowing the competitors and knowing the market like the back of your hand. This is a very strategic account so good experience and an enjoyment of strategy is a must.

Obviously as an Senior Account Director creating important bonds with important figures is a must. The agency demand efficiency and the ability to create, forge and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as internal staff.
Organisational skills are a must as any good account handler knows.

Experience in luxury skincare is a must
