My client is a pioneering agency within the retail space and they are looking for a Creative Director to join their team. They hold a unique in the market place bringing brands and retailers together to create and deliver marketing campaigns that achieve outstanding results for both.

They are a company less than 10 years old but have gone from strength to strength winning a number of industry awards and are a sought after agency.

As Creative Director should be an experienced leader and real creative enthusiast. You will engage and develop people and get clients excited about your ideas, enthusiasm and passion.

With the ability to produce award winning ideas and retail campaigns, you will have proven track record in winning pitches as well as getting stuck in rolling up your sleeves and helping the team. We are looking for a clear balance of demonstrating sharp, conceptual thinking, but also not shying away from being a 'doer'.

As Creative Director you will co-own the development of all big ideas (with our planning team) we take to our clients through our ‘campaign lab’ process, generating and evaluating high quality (ideally award-winning!), retail-focused ideas at pace.  You will develop and communicate clear, qualified rationale for each creative execution, describing how it aligns with the client objectives & strategy.

You will day to day line manage and coach the creative department, inspiring them to produce their best possible creative work for our clients.  You will also direct the team through the full creative delivery process, from initial concept through to final artwork and will build a black book of creative contacts across design, artwork, 3D, animation, retouching and so on to ensure we can always access the creative skills we require.

This role would suit either a Senior Creative who is looking for the next natural step into a Creative Director role, or a Creative Director who has mentored a team but is still very hands on.

You would ideally have experience across POS, experiential, shopper media and digital creative.
