Major Players are working with a global network agency with offices based in central London, who are looking for a Senior TV Administrator or Producer with strong contract and negotiation experience.

The role has become available due to the agencies growth over the last 2 years and now there is a need for someone to manage the business affairs of the production department on a full time basis.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in Business Affairs and/or TV admin, working with all types of media based contracts, finance, best practice and process. You will bring consistency and regulation to the department whilst the agency continues to grow, as well as being responsible for the more traditional Business Affairs and Asset Management responsibilities their unique agency setup means that the role will cross over into other areas of the department for key support.

You will be need to have experience in the following:

Business Affairs

Advising on, and tracking all contract terms for artists, music, PR requests, and NDA's.
Managing global usages for all production assets (TV, Print, Online & Radio)
Being the communication point for all usage queries from agency and clients globally.

Asset Management

Managing internal and external asset management systems.
Developing streamlined tracking system to handle all assets.
Handling all shoot data back up, and agency asset library.
Preparing asset fact sheets.
Preparing requests for, and managing internal library/archive of data.

Financial Management

Finalising all production reconciliations.
Key contact between production and finance department for all related financial matters.

Experience in financial management, strong use of excel and experience in usage and clearance are essential so candidates must have working knowledge in these areas to be considered.
