You would be reporting directly into the Clients services director so lots of room to grow and help them establish a strong client services team in the agency.

This medium sized business to business agency is an independent agency that are extremely entrepreneurial and creatively pushing boundaries. They are a creative agency having only been around for a few years but have grown very quickly - so need people that are ambitious and want to grow with the agency. The agency rewards its staff on its success both financially and also by progressing those who are doing well on merit.

The role is reporting into a client services director who has been at the agency for a while and would be a brilliant mentor, but also enough space for you to grow into a more established group account director. There are two more junior people on the team so the chance to mentor and grow as a manager. The main client is a huge travel client and the agency is the lead agency across everything - from advertising, digital and all things print. This role is on a great account to as it gets the most exposure in the agency as well as you being second in command on the client services side - tremendous scope to grow.

This person must come from a similar business to business agency - having worked on fully integrated campaigns. You must enjoy working on campaigns from start to finish and have strong delivery as well as account management skills. You must have worked on integrated campaigns from Branding to digital and print before as these campaigns can be huge and need someone who knows how each type of project runs.
