This is a really exciting role for a CRM Marketing Manager to oversee the implementation of leading edge, creative, multi channel marketing campaigns. Collaborating with some of the best media, creative and digital agencies for this world renowned brand you will be working for a recognised top brand.

This is a B2C client with a huge membership base but are continually looking to extend their reach and acquire new customers / members.

As CRM Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing all of their email marketing activity to their membership base. You will use leading marketing automation and email marketing software tools that can do everything from building automated programmes of email activities, to cart abandonment and triggered emails based on page activity, lead scoring and more.

They have exciting tools that can really transform how they communicate with customers and nurtures prospects, and as the CRM Marketing Manager you will play the lead role in driving thier use forward. You will work closely with our Salesforce administrators and data experts to drive forward the data strategy to enable effective use of such tools.

This key role is central in supporting the Head of Digital Marketing to deliver the overarching cross-channel digital strategy plans and ensure our client has a strong online persona.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage their use of CRM tools, ensuring they use all the tools to maximum capabilities and in the most cost effective way.
- Management of the database size, cleansing and contract plan.
- Work with the divisional marketing managers to plan, build and deliver responsive email marketing programmes, both automated and tactical. To communicate with customers and nurture, score and qualify leads.
- Develop and manage trigger email campaign to maximise enquiries and online sales.
- Create forms to capture inbound leads.
- Introduce A/B testing on all email campaigns.
- Introduce and implement multi-variant testing.
- Work with the marketing managers and divisional MDs to define the target customer profiles for each division.
- Work with the Systems Development team and the Digital Marketing Manager to achieve a single customer view, and help to integrate our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Segment the database to maximise personalisation and targeting for each communication.
- Track and report on email campaigns using Google Analytics and update results to the marketing MI dashboard.
- Deliver insights on prospect engagement for each campaign to the divisional marketing managers.
- Be part of the team which manages the TrustPilot customer reviews and the social media channels, managing content and responding to customer tweets, posts and reviews, according to company guidelines.
- Be the go-to expert for SproutSocial for social media posts and for TrustPilot for customer reviews.

Candidate Profile

- Proven digital marketing experience, within an agency or in-house
- A keen interest in web technologies and emerging trends.
- Strong experience of B2B CRM, such as Salesforce and email systems.
- Experience using content management systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Excellent Excel skills
- Familiar with Google Analytics (GA) for email campaign tracking. Able to add tracking onto emails so campaigns and click throughs show on GA.
- Experience in SproutSocial or similar systems.
- Ability to work with TrustPilot.
- Excellent attention to detail in checking work
