Our client is a well regarded income focused, real estate investment company. They are currently seeking a Real Estate Marketing & Communications Manager to join their business.

The main duties will be as follows:

  • Designing, development and delivery of marketing communications plans and campaigns
  • Responsibility for the creation of marketing materials and reports predominantly to pitch UK real estate investment mandates for large UK and global institutional investors.
  • Responsibility for ensuring that the company's full corporate programme of acquisitions, business development, funding and restructuring is effectively communicated to investors and analyst
  • Working with the senior management team to develop the key financial and strategic messages
  • Primary investor relations contact and spokesman for the company facing sale and buy side
  • Assisting in the drafting for all investor relations materials - investor presentations, annual report, prospectuses, interim statements and conference call scripts
  • Defining annual communications plan and activity schedule in support of the business plan. Managing and implementing the plan
  • Project managing the production of agreed collateral including, reports and accounts, newsletters, case studies, copy writing and copy editing as required.
  • Effective use of internal database across investor and occupier audience
  • Coordinating RFPs on behalf of prospective investors
  • Project managing the effective delivery of all planned seminars, conferences, exhibitions and other events in support of plan.
  • Managing the regional marketing budget to obtain maximum ROI on marketing spend.

The successful candidate will have some or all of the following attributes

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably focus on business, marketing, communications
  • CIM, IDM or CIPR qualification, completed or ongoing
  • No less than 5 years marketing communications experience in a B2B environment
  • Evident interest in real estate would be advantage
  • The ability to contribute to the development of propositions and thought leadership
  • Experience of developing and delivering strategic marketing and communications plans
  • Good understanding of social media and web based applications – LinkedIn, Twitter, Google analytics
