We are currently recruiting for ambitious and high-achieving Senior Sales Executive to join one of the most successful Content Agency with vast global scale and providing exciting advertising solutions for clients and brands.

Based in the in the heart of London, our client is already a leading brand and they are looking to expand! Fantastic offices in Central London, it really is the ideal place to go if you have already gained a firm understanding of the media industry, but now want to push on with your career by moving to a big name company!

Our client is willing to look at a slight variety of verticals that you have strategized and processed in previously, but any solid background in the Content Agency industry would be ideal. What they really need is a go-getter who is there to support their account and also involves delivering 1st class revenue generation and following new guidelines to attract a younger audience.

Our client are now looking for a candidate to come armed with either Travel or FMCG contacts.

To be a successful Account Manager of this amazing company your responsibilities will include

  • Print & digital multi-channel sales to both client direct and agencies
  • To maximise the generation of advertising revenue
  • To sell advertising according to the rate and yield policy of the title.
  • To ensure that the magazine and its commercial possibilities are made known to the agency portfolio and client category for which you have responsibility.
  • To produce written reports, documents and proposals to a professional standard.
  • To plan, strategically, the generation of revenue from growth categories and/or problem clients.
  • To assist the Advertisement Director with the identification and conversion of appropriate leads.

To be considered a superstar for this role your professional experience must include

  • To acquire a thorough knowledge of your own title and other associated/competing titles in the marketplace.
  • To pass competitor and market intelligence to the Advertisement Director and the team. To become proficient with the definition and application of standard industry and proprietary research.
  • To assist fellow members of the team with the construction of sales arguments and the creation of proposals and presentation documents
  • To administrate your selling effort efficiently and in accordance with the procedures set in place by your Advertisement Director  
  • To be aware of relevant account moves, industry news and competitive media (TV, Outdoor, Radio, etc) by regular monitoring of the trade press (Media Week, Campaign Media Business)
  • Agency contacts are a benefit!
