Marketing Insights Manager
I'm looking for a Marketing Insights Manager to provide customer insight and research for a commercial retail bank.
The main focus of the role is to truly understand customers and increase customer value that will ultimately strengthen the brand and drive revenue.
- Deliver customer satisfaction data from specific projects
- Support in delivering and embedding customer insight strategy
- Undertake data analysis, leveraging both customer voice and not customer voice data, structured and unstructured, across multiple channels and product lines, including digital
- Follow the overall research strategy
- Work with global research agency partners and with other internal stakeholders
- Support the team through implementation of the marketing strategies and plans
- Customer insight, analytical and statistical experience (regression analysis would be plus)
- Commercial marketing experience either from agency or client side background
- Someone who is highly analytical that can look and understand data
- Excellent project management skills
- Good at building internal and external relationships
