We are searching for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join this hugely successful e-commerce brand. This is a really exciting time for this well-known company as they continue to grow rapidly. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will have great autonomy and responsibility to drive the partnership strategy for the business within their financial services industry.

This is an incredible opportunity, based in their amazing offices in Central London. You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and work alongside some of the key stakeholders of the business. You will be essential to the success of the entire partnership experience.

As the Partnerships Manager your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Initiate the partnerships strategy and drive throughout the team
  • Set best practice of client management to the business
  • Act as the key point of contact for the wider financial services team
  • Devise marketing plans with partners for promotions and constantly look how to add value
  • Ensure the brand has the best possible coverage of products
  • Build relationships with partners extensively and actively look for new opportunities to drive value and revenue
  • Collate and share market intelligence and use as a direction to ensure you are a market expert
  • Communicate partners feedback to different areas of the business to help improve process
  • Improve post click performance
  • Work closely with the insight team to ensure the company has the best strategy and understanding of customer behavior
  • Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with partners on channels
  • Be the key lead on all commercial projects within the financial services team.

To be the successful Partnerships Manager, you will:
  • Be degree educated to the equivalent of a 2:1 or above
  • Have been in a Partnerships role previously
  • Have extensive experience and knowledge of the financial services market
  • Demonstrate that you are commercially focused
  • Have examples of times when you’ve had to negotiate and build relationships
  • Have proven client management experience
  • Have a track record of improving conversion rates and introducing new revenue opportunities.
