Managing Partner / Managing Director, Central London – Up to £130k dependent on experience

We’re looking for a Managing Partner / Managing Director to head up a brand spanking new agency born from a huge account win from its mother agency. We’re looking for a Managing Partner / Managing Director at the top of their game – this is a role for a career-driven professional who can setup and manage an entire new agency.

Are you a Managing Partner / Managing Director with game-changing initiatives to keep clients ahead of their competitors? This Managing Partner / Managing Director will be driving top line growth and profitability – you’ll deliver this new client everything they expect and more to make this agency a recognised industry name.

On boarding and managing a new team this Managing Partner / Managing Director will be taking ultimate responsibility for senior client relationships. This is a high growth agency with high aspirations, backed by a well-established agency so we need a Managing Partner / Managing Director with determination and drive.

As Managing Partner / Managing Director here you’ll lead by example, inspiring game changing strategic solutions to ensure that clients are consistently satisfied with the service. Vitally, this Managing Partner / Managing Director role is to ensure the entire agency is working to the best of their ability. You’ll be coaching and mentoring your team on a day-to-day basis focusing on developing and progressing people individually and as a team.

The Managing Partner / Managing Director who bags this role will have the following qualities:

  • Proven experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship or loyalty
  • Strong digital credentials
  • At home within a small, high growth agency
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and profitability on accounts
  • Experience developing new business for big named brands (telco preferable)
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong strategic experience
  • Second-to-none client servicing skills
  • A hands-on approach, a view that nothing is below you
  • A real sense of pride for the agencies you work for and the clients you work with
