As the Event Partnership Director, you will be responsible for 1)  creating exciting partnership packages for their events and 2) delivering events sponsorship revenue each year. 

Within this role, you will also play an integral part in the future growth plan for the event side of the business.

We are looking for someone who has the attributes and passion to head up an event team and monetise new events and solutions. You must have experience of launching successful non-media or experiential events to be successful for this role.

As the new Event Partnership Director you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an annual strategy to grow the Events business and along with the client base
  • Working with the marketing team to build best in class event partnership packages that will utilise all areas of the business
  • Building relationships with senior experiential contacts, within clients and agencies to drive revenues and drive future planning.
  • Working alongside client and agency sales teams to ensure selling to all appropriate clients and agency divisions.
  • Working alongside the events team to identify new commercial opportunities that the company can either grow or launch into. 

We are looking for the following:

  • 5 years experience working within a commercial department in an events department  or business.
  • Key relationships with clients and/or agencies in the experiential space.
  • Strong level of understanding of how to build commercial assets “at event” and experience of delivering revenues through pure event partnerships.
  • Previously impacted commercial revenue growth in experiential partnerships and introduced new clients to the business.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work across several departments and influence internal stakeholders on their vision.
