An exciting new opportunity as been created for a Head of Customer Experience & Customer Services to join a leading Retail Bank. Based in impressive Leeds offices the role of the Head of Customer Experience & Customer Services is both broad and immensely challenging.
The post holder will be charged with ensuring the ethos of the bank is at heart, customer focused and commercially viable. Via effective engagement with various senior stakeholders (Product & Propositions, Customer Experience, Marketing, PR, Communications) the successful candidate will develop milti-channel customer service capabilities.
