We have been asked to find a Senior Account Director to join the London office of this agency and lead a high profile account. You will report into a hugely empowering Business Director and will have the opportunity to:
- Take day to day responsibility for the business
- Supervise a talented team
- Build a tight knit senior unit with incredible Strategists and Creatives
- Manage meaningful budgets
- Work closely with senior clients at a major UK PLC
Although this is an integrated marketing role, the emphasis is very much on direct channels. You will therefore need to have a proven track record as a Senior Account Director with a strong bias towards Direct Marketing.
During your time in creative agencies you will also have demonstrated your ability to:
- Grow the profitability/revenue of your accounts
- Lead account development
- Inspire your team
- Build a strong level of trust with your clients
- Manage a high volume account
