Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

A Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive (Digital, Promotional, Email) is needed to join the UK's leading indoor snow leisure venue in Manchester. Expect to maximise and explore the marketing potential for this indoor ski centre – not to mention unlimited ski lessons and time on the slopes!

With a mission to become the number 1 visitor attraction in the North, they have welcomed over 3 million visitors since opening in 2007. Continuously investing in both their unique environment and their team they are passionate about delivering memorable, fun and safe activities, along with an outstanding guest service. Working within a small, dedicated marketing team the Marketing Exec / Digital Marketing Exec will play a key role generating buzz on and offline.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take up a key position as their Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive producing, implementing and monitoring digital, promotional and email marketing plans. Whether you are implementing an email campaign to members, brainstorming promotional marketing ideas or benchmarking marketing performance, it will be your input that supports the sales and marketing team achieve business objectives.

To qualify. You should be a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Solid experience gained as a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive
  • Educated to degree level (ideally marketing);
  • The ability to write and execute project / communications plans;
  • Knowledge of email marketing/databases;
  • Experience of producing and managing website content;
  • Experience using Google Analytics - to analyse campaigns and digital performance;
  • Strong attention to detail – you'll be involved with copywriting and proofreading;
  • Excellent communication skills – expect to liaise closely with external agencies;
  • Event planning experience;
  • A creative thinker.
