Opportunity for freelance Creative Director, to work in small, established, privately owned Soho Agency with the Chairman and team of Designers, on range of projects.

Creative Director - Agency - FMCG - 10 Weeks Part-Time - £350-£400 per day - London

Headed up by a Chairman with over 30 years agency experience, this agency offers both strategic and creative brand development and advocacy, including design and direct response advertising.
Their clients are both btob and btoc, National and International , ranging from FMCG to technology and Professional Services.

Working closely with the Chairman and Head Designer, the Creative Director will be assigned with bringing shape and direction to the projects, ranging from office branding and corporate identity to toolkits and graphics - for both btob and btoc Clients.
Working with the Chairman to agree brand strategy and direction, the Creative Director will ensure all creative work is assessed against brief and strategy before sharing with Client.

To be considered for this freelance role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Flexibility - its estimated to be a 3 day a week role initially - with some flexibility on the hours per day. You may have your own clients that you currently service, so could take a ' desk' in the agency to work both on this brief as well as to service your own clients.
- A collaborative approach - its important that you connect well with the Chairman and the Head of Design - understand their ideas, based on Clients wishes, to then communicate accurately with the Creative team.
- A love of all things that communicate a brand - it could be digital, it could be a tweaked graphic, it could be a whole new campaign.... you will continue to be excited by creative development - the good old ways and the innovative new ways and know which to use when, to best match Clients needs and budgets.
- Client friendly - you will be happy taking part in Client workshops, presenting ideas and proposals to Clients ; infact you will be great with Clients - a good listener, empathetic and a creative problem solver!!
-Its unlikely that you will come from a large agency but rather be used to working in a small, collaborative, flexible team of client servicing and creative folk.
