A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Client Account Manager for a fantastic agency based in London, the business is going from strength to strength and working with some of the most exciting names in the market.
A brilliant, technology focused performance improvement agency specialising in the HR and B2B environment. Their software is cloud-based and focuses on the new and exciting technology sector of social business recognition.
This agency has produced some of the best Reward and Recognition programmes available and are working with an extensive list of blue chip organisations. They are looking for a brilliant Senior Account Manager to grow with the business - they have some extremely exciting plans.
Someone with a strong background within the employee engagement market you will be looking to make the next step in your career. You will be required to utilise your excellent account management skills and will be managing a wide range of existing accounts. You will implementing and supporting multiple client programmes at once and ensuring full reporting and analysis is done on the performance of each project. Some key requirements are below:
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar Client facing role
- Proven track record of managing and growing clients in the B2B sector
- Experience in managing Reward and recognition, customer acquisition and sales incentives
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- A persuasive and confident approach
- Solid people management skills and leadership
