Account Manager [FMCG Account] – Advertising Agency – to £32k

The Account Manager Role

The agency are looking for a bright, ambitious and proactive Account Manager to work across an exciting range of client accounts that cover FMCG/booze, entertainment, travel and comics! You will also assist in new business when the opportunities arise.

You need to possess integrated experience and a good knowledge of working across all channels including TV, content, press, digital and outdoor.

As Account Manager you will work with an Account Director and Business Director on some of the most exciting, iconic and creative accounts in the agency. They offer the right candidate exposure to an exciting mix of creative development - through the line as well as industry experience, profile building and networking opportunities.

In the new business side of the role, you will work with the Account Director on a day to day basis, supporting with new business pitches and the marketing and prospecting of the agency to clients and prospective clients.

Working in new business is challenging and demanding but with the opportunity to work on a charity one month, to a global FMCG product or nationwide store the next, it’s the most varied and interesting role in any agency!!

The Account Manager Required

The key attributes required include impeccable attention to detail, integrated skills and experience, an ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines, strong interpersonal skills (both internally and with Client) and sound creative and strategic judgement.

You also need to have a background working within a marketing/advertising agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to work on some of the most exciting and creatively driven accounts within the agency.
