Sales Account Manager -30-40k plus bonus

Role

  • Generate new business leads and relationships across all our global products and services
  • Manage and develop the revenue pipeline across a group of allocated agencies 
  • Help optimise revenue streams from an allocated client base
  • Ensure the highest level of client service is maintained always
  • Grow and develop the international client base 

 Principal Responsibilities         

  • Manage & maintain a master list of agencies.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of key accounts
  • Respond in a timely manner to client queries
  • Work with senior management to formulate strategies for each key target, using our producers and developed relationships
  • Create, strengthen and build relationships with new both and existing clients/brands directly
  • Become fully conversant with key aspects of our services to meet client needs
  • Produce forecasts, presentation decks and collate centrally.
  • Work closely with team and account management teams
  • Participate at industry events
  • Undertake administrative duties to maintain an effective billing process and accurate client records
  • Responsibility to help all departments meet budget and report accordingly

  Experience/Knowledge required  

  • At minimum of 4-5 years as account executive/manager
  • Experience of working within the industry and with brands (post production / agency / broadcaster/media owner)
  • Ability to forge new relationships with clients, build on existing relationships
  • Numeracy skills • Well developed computer skills,
  • Work collaboratively within a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task
  • Demonstrate confidence in working with a range of clients at all levels

  • Persistence and tenacity to win new business from cold agency and brands
