We are looking for a talented CRM and digital marketer to join the Museum of London at one of the most exciting times in the organisation’s history as we prepare to build a new museum in West Smithfield. The CRM and Digital Marketing Officer will deliver CRM and digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on the design, build and distribution of targeted marketing emails.

The closing date for applications is 25 July 2017 at 5pm.  Interviews will be held on 4 August 2017.

You will be working closely and supporting the CRM and Digital Marketing Manager in acquisition and retention of campaigns, as well as cross-selling and up-selling programmes and supporting teams across the museum that are using the CRM and email marketing systems. You will be in your element when analysing customer data, helping a variety of teams and internal stakeholders make data-driven decisions to positively impact their KPIs. This role sits within the Museum of London’s award winning Communications department and will work closely with marketing, PR and social media functions as well as a number of other departments.
