ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Media & Channel Performance Manager you will be pivotal in delivering the UK marketing and communications strategy to achieve brand, commercial and customer objectives by defining the strategic use of channels. You will be driving innovation in the use of media and marketing technology. You will be responsible for setting channel effectiveness KPIs to support the attainment of annual effectiveness targets, reporting progress and optimising performance on a regular basis. You will need to build and maintain relationships with key marketing and business stakeholders across all areas of the business. Working alongside the Marketing Strategy and Communications Planning, Digital Platforms & Social Media and agency teams, this role focuses heavily on pioneering, defining and delivering effective and engaging channel media plans.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for the Senior Media & Channel Performance Manager you will need to have proven track record in media and channel strategy and planning. Ideally you will have experience on both the client and agency side across a range of consumer brands. You will have strong analytical and strategic thinking, well-developed matrix working, stakeholder management and influencing skills, thought and people leadership capabilities. A track record in managing external agencies to deliver to a high standards and operating as part of an integrated team, together with the ability to leverage insight from analytics and data to improve media and channel performance
