Our client, a globally renown agency are on the lookout for an experiential Account Director, who has experience at managing large scale experiential events. They're looking for someone to work on a two month basis.
You will be Leading on two high budget, high production projects which require flawless delivery on one of their top clients. One is in London, a two week pop up delivered in conjunction with a top central London retailer. The other is a launch party in Hong Kong. Working with three time zones, US, London and Hong Kong. Leading an existing team of client servicing, production management, project management and creative teams.
General description and duties:
An understanding of how brand partnerships work, and an ability to negotiate for a brand
Provide excellent client service through creating and managing efficient processes, meticulous attention to detail and managing project and programme timelines
Demonstrate creative thinking aligned with brand objectives
Lead meetings with senior stake holders and partners
Someone who understands how to communicate effectively upwards and downwards
Think and plan ahead, see problems before they become problems.
Happy to work across time zones and deal with the occasional early morning and late night call
Serve as bridge between client and partners
Experience and credentials
1 - 2 years at Account Director level
7 - 10 years' experience in an agency, live music, live entertainment and/or ticketing role
Agency experience with track record for managing complex relationships
Minimum 7 years brand partnership experience preferred
Experiential and events experience with handling high spec, large budget projects
Have a track record for managing complex relationships and multiple stakeholders
Exceptional client management skills with an acute attention to detail
Strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team and output
