Sitting as part of a dedicated eCommerce team, this role will work closely with key retail partners (sitting on-site a few days a week) to constantly drive and improve online strategy, taking a holistic view of a number of areas.

Consistently regarded as a leader in eCommerce, they have invested heavily to ensure they are seen as category leaders with retailers.
Some of the key factors for this role include:
- Running reports in order to derive insight & understanding of what is driving online sales, shopper behaviour & conversion
- The ability to turn data into clear, concise and commercial successfully strategy
- Optimising media spend
- Becoming the internal lead for search - a genuine interest in learning the basics of SEO and working with retailers to improve performance in this area
- Working on category & shopper execution within online
They are looking for someone who has eCommerce experience either from and FMCG or retail background. Equally important is the confidence and ability to be credible in front of retailers, and to have the persuasive skills to create change and influence their strategy.
