My client, a FTSE 250 Hospitality & Leisure business, is looking to hire a very creative and innovative individual into a brand management position. Sitting within their newly formed Strategy, Innovation and Brand Proposition team and working across numerous of their brands, this person will take the Strategy work that has been done on each brand and turn into live real creative concept - from the look and feel of the brand logo to the interiors at each of their restaurants right through to menu design. You will be responsible for the new look and feel of some huge British brands - this is a once in a life time opportunity and undoubtedly one of the marketing jobs of the year!

You may have come up through a traditional brand management route where the development of new product concepts, design and packaging has been at the heart of your work. Alternatively you may work in a creative team in an agency, using insight from the strategy teams, to develop creative concepts for clients.

Whatever your background you must be energetic, dynamic, charismatic and excel in influence and persuasion.

This business is based in Bedfordshire and you will need to be in the office 3 days a week but there is flexibility around where you work the rest of the week - home, agencies etc.
