Trading /Pricing manager | Leading hospitality brand | Bedfordshire/ London £60 - 65 k + car + bonus
A prominent business at the forefront of their industry, a business turning over £2.6bn. They serve millions of customers each year, they're on course to hit 100,000 rooms in the UK alone, they have an established FTSE 100 position and further internal growth on the horizon.
This person will be joining a highly skilled revenue management team. You'll work multiple stakeholders across the business, you'll manage two budding analysts and you'll have a significant amount of influence over the pricing effectiveness across £1.4bn of revenue. You will be responsible for maintaining an advanced understanding of the current pricing logic/processes and proactively seeking opportunities to improve this logic to maximise net revenue. They need someone commercial, someone comfortable with analytics and good project management skills.
Experience in developing and optimising forecasting or pricing models in a trading environment.
Strong analytical skills (SQL, R, SAS etc).
Ability to handle significant volumes of data and transform into strategic insights.
4 years' experience plus.
Influencing and stakeholder management skills essential.
Experience in machine learning / feedback loops to drive decision automation a big plus.
Hospitality experience a bonus.
Trading analytics, revenue management, automated trading engine, pricing models, yield management systems.
