What they do need is a bit of a rock star - someone on the up, someone who can shock, scare and inspire. Most importantly, someone who can harness the talent and lead them. The team need to want to walk through walls for this person, all of the time.

For this to work, you must back them and the creative product in the agency, making sure they've a voice and they're supported at board level alongside planning and client services.

Profile

As above - you'll be a bit of a rock star - a creative director who's not full of ego. Just real talent and with the right edge to shock, excite but most importantly lead a very. very good creative team.

You must currently be a creative director on the way to the very top of your game. Your work will have breadth but also real craft with ideas and concepts that can pioneer marketing campaigns that work.
